Wilkins Township V.F.C. Station 304 is 100% volunteer. We are your neighbors. Like you, we have work and family responsibilities. We are unpaid volunteers who provide fire suppression, rescue, and damage control services – totally without charge. To be effective, we must keep up our skills through training and frequent drills, deploy specialized vehicles and equipment, and make personal sacrifices – all to protect your life and property. We need more volunteer firefighters. We also need volunteers to perform tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, maintaining the fire hall and grounds, and planning and staffing events. Furthermore, we must continually raise funds to cover utilities costs and purchase, maintain and operate our vehicles and equipment. So consider joining us, and when asked to donate, please do so. A postscript – What we do costs time and money. We volunteers donate the time and the community donates the money.
